The Warsaw Pole Vault Club will host a free pole vault clinic.

Our club has been to every state meet the last 5 years.

Registration, waiver, club intro/philosophy
PV specific warm up & stretch
Pole vaulting practice
Lunch & Video review
PV specific gymnastics & training devices (high bar, invert trainer, trapeze, rings, vault trainer, swing trainer, handstand bars, ropes, and more flying circus apparatus in the vault gym)
Intro to PV specific weight training program
Short run competition
A waiver must be signed by all participants & parents.
What to bring:
PV spikes, running sneakers, warm up clothes, clothes to vault in, poles if desired (we have about 100 poles to share), bag lunch & drink, a good attitude and an open mind.
Prior to every season the Rochester Winter Track League conducts a meeting to discuss the upcoming sports season. Invited are representatives and administrators from Section V, administrators from schools hosting the indoor track meets, officials, high school coaching staff, and other key area personnel.
